What's inside Pusheen Box?

Every Pusheen Box will have a curated assortment of mystery items with a total retail value of over $100! Most of the goodies inside are totally exclusive to the box and can't be found anywhere else. The boxes may also include rare first edition items before they are released in stores! The types of items that could be inside include clothing, accessories, electronics, toys, stationery and more!

How often will I receive my Pusheen Box?

Remember, Pusheen Box is a recurring subscription service.

You are all set to receive a box every quarter aka season when it ships, if you have pre-paid for it in the Annual Subscription or when your charge has been successfully processed with a Quarterly Subscription.

Here's our shipping and billing schedule:

*The billing schedule only applies to customers who already have purchased a subscription, otherwise upon signing up, you will pay the full price of the 4 boxes in the Annual Subscription or 1 box from the Quarterly Subscription, before you get a recurring billing charge in the quarter or year, depending on your subscription.

Winter box: Billed on November 15th, Ships Mid-December
Spring box: Billed on March 15th, Ships Mid-April 
Summer box: Billed on June 15th, Ships Mid-July 
Fall box: Billed on September 15th, Ships Mid-October

When will my Pusheen Box ship?

Do take note that when your box is shipped, you will receive a tracking notification that will let you know where your box is, while it's on it's way to you!

Winter box: Ships Mid-December
Spring box: Ships Mid-April 
Summer box: Ships Mid-July 
Fall box: Ships Mid-October

Can I give a Pusheen Box subscription as a gift?

There are two ways you can make a gift purchase for someone:

1. Create an account for them: You can gift a subscription by creating a new account with a new username and password for the recipient. The billing information will contain your details, while the shipping information will contain theirs. 

*Take note that this is a recurring subscription. If you would like to purchase only 1 box for them, you will have to cancel the subscription after purchasing it to avoid getting billed recurringly or to receive future boxes. The person receiving the gift will be able to re-activate their subscription anytime in the future to receive boxes.

2. Purchase the gift under your account: Log into your account, using your username and password and Click on Subscribe at the top of the page. It will prompt you to purchase the subscription of your choice. Just put the shipping address under the person's who will be receiving the gift and you're all set!

*Take note that this is a recurring subscription. If you would like to purchase only 1 box for them, you will have to cancel the subscription after purchasing it to avoid getting billed recurringly or to receive future boxes, on top of your current subscription.

International Customers are required to pay any relevant duties, customs, or taxes associated with their country, as stipulated with the respective postal offices, on top of what the customer has paid for the box, which we have no control over.

Why are International shipping fees more than Domestic?

International shipping fees vary from country to country.

Each international Pusheen Box is shipped with Priority Express International Shipping and is fully insured and trackable.

Once my box ships, how long will it take to arrive?

If you are a subscriber located in the USA, you will receive a shipping notification by email when your box is dispatched via USPS along with a tracking number. At that point, your box will arrive within 1 to 8 business days.

If you are an international subscriber (outside the USA), you will receive a shipping notification by email when your box is dispatched via USPS along with a tracking number. At that point, your box will arrive within 5 to 10 business days. Please be aware that international packages may be delayed by customs in your country and that you are responsible for any associated import fees.

Any new subscription for the Pusheen Box that comes after that quarter's box has already started shipping may take up to two weeks to ship.

What shoe and shirt sizes do you offer?

If you are looking for clothing sizes for children, we are only able to convert the smallest WOMENS SHOE SIZE 6 into an equivalent of a KIDS SIZE 4. 

If you do receive the box and the item is not the size you ordered, all you have to do is reach out to us at contact@pusheenbox.com with your name and email associated with the account and the size you would like it changed to.

We are able to offer a replacement or if the item is no longer in stock, we will offer you a refund for the item that is an incorrect size. 

What is the difference between the Quarterly and Annual plans?

That's a great question! We offer two different plans to make it easier for you to get your Pusheen fix.

Both plans are set to auto-renew, so you never miss a box.

You will be charged for the full cost of the selected plan on sign up. After your initial plan has ended, a recurring charge will be automatically processed.

Quarterly plan subscribers

($43.95 per box plus shipping, you will be billed on selected billing dates before your box ships)

You're getting this plan if: 

1. You're purchasing this box as a one off and you don't want to receive any other boxes. Remember to cancel your subscription once you've made the purchase to avoid a recurring charge and receiving future boxes. 

2. You want to keep your options open. You don't know when you're moving or you don't know when you'll need to spend that money impressing that special someone instead of indulging yourself. You want to be able to cancel in between boxes and reactivate at will.

3. You're getting this as a gift. Refer to our article on purchasing a box as a gift above for more details on how to gift a subscription or a box to that special someone.

Annual Plan Subscribers

($159.80 with a 10% disc. for purchasing in bulk at $39.95 per box plus shipping, upon sign up and every annual recurring billing cycle)

You're getting this plan if: 

1. You're looking for savings. With this purchase, not only will you save 10% off the total cost of 4 boxes, you will also guarantee yourself 4 boxes every year, even if your credit card identity gets stolen or you forgot that you even signed up for this subscription!

2. You're a HUMUNGOUS PUSHEEN FAN. You definitely do not want to miss out on each exclusive box and want to be the envy of all your friends who are fawning over your Pusheen wares.

*Remember that both plans are auto recurring and will be billed on the following dates, depending on when you signed up, taking note that for the annual plan, your recurring charge will occur a year later from the date you signed up.

Winter box: Billed on November 15th

Quarterly Plan = costs $43.95 per box plus shipping, you will be billed every time your box ships.

Annual Plan = costs $39.95 per box plus shipping, you will be billed for all 4 boxes at signup.  

If you choose to sign up for the Annual Plan, you’ll save nearly 10% per box!  

If I subscribed to the Quarterly or Annual Plan, do I automatically get renewed?

Yes, you will automatically be renewed to the original plan you purchased. Please refer to billing dates for the renewal date of your plan if you signed up for the Quarterly Subscription or you may reach us at contact@pusheenbox.com for assistance.

When will I be billed for a recurring subscription? 

Please note that you will be charged for the full cost of the selected plan upon signing up.

After your initial plan has ended, a recurring charge will be automatically processed.

What currency will I be charged in?

All orders on PusheenBox.com are processed in U.S. dollars.

What payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

How do I update my payment information?

In order to change your Credit Card info, log into your account, click Manage Subscriptions then Billing Information and then click on Edit Card.

I want to cancel my subscription but am in the middle of a plan. Do I still get the Pusheen Box I paid for?

Yes, you will still receive all of the boxes you were charged for.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We’re sorry to see you go, please reach out to contact@pusheenbox.com before canceling to see if we can do anything to assist you with your experience of purchasing Pusheen Box. 

If you have to cancel your subscription click on the My Account Icon >  click on Manage Subscriptions > click Cancel > Select your Reason and hit Cancel Subscription.

FOR QUARTERLY PLANS:

You are able to cancel between seasons and you will still receive all the boxes you were charged for.

Remember to cancel before the next billing date to avoid getting charged or receive upcoming boxes.

You must make the cancellation before the charge/purchase or the product becomes nonrefundable, as the box would have been labeled and is already in transit and being processed for final shipping.

FOR ANNUAL PLANS:

You are able to cancel your plan after being charged or having your plan automatically renewed, but you will still receive the 4 boxes you were charged for. 

Account Questions

How do I change my t-shirt size?

Log in to your Pusheen Box profile, click on My Account and then Manage Subscriptions. Select Edit on your current subscription and then click Change Product Size.

For all annual plan subscribers, you will need to reach out to customer service to make the size change to your current plan, no later than 7 days after the billing date.

All clothing and shoe sizes are grouped together based on gender, so you will be unable to mix-and-match the box with both gender sized clothing. 

For example, "I would like to purchase a MEN'S L SIZED SHIRT and a SIZE 7 WOMENS SHOE."

You will not be able to make such a purchase as all shoes and shirt purchases will have to be made under one gender. 

Please take note that size changes will not be applicable to the current box once it is 7 days past its purchase date, even if the box has not been shipped. However, you may request for a replacement from contact@pusheenbox.com .

How do I change my shipping address?

Log in, click on My Account and then Manage Subscriptions. Select Edit on your current subscription and you will be able to update your billing and shipping addresses.

*All address changes have to be made before getting billed or purchasing a subscription or before a billing date, to avoid them being shipped to a previous address. If you need an address change after you’ve been billed for the box, you must email contact@pusheenbox.com with the address change

If it is past the charge date to change your address:

We typically start preparing our shipments a few days after the billing dates, so unfortunately there are cases where we are unable to change the address and it will be mailed to your previous address on file. Please make sure to email contact@pusheenbox.com with the address change as soon as possible so that we can try and catch it!

If the box is unable to be delivered, they will route it back to us and we will then mail it back to you - or when replacements come in, we will be able to ship you a box then. Please reach out to us through email to request for a replacement. 

On the other hand, some other customers have arranged for a forwarding address with their local post office, but we are unable to provide further information on that for you.

However, we are able to amend your address in your account for future shipments.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and please reach out to contact@pusheenbox.com with the full name and email address associated with the subscription for further assistance.

Do I need to do anything when a new box is released?

If you have purchased a box from us in the past, you have a recurring subscription on file. 

If you signed up but did not purchase a box previously, you do not have a recurring subscription.

Log in to your Pusheen Box profile and re-activate your subscription if it's canceled or you can just check in with contact@pusheenbox.com to avoid purchasing another subscription.

If you are already subscribed to our Quarterly or Annual plans, we already have everything we need from you.

You’ll automatically be billed and your box will be shipped to the address we have on file.

All you have to do is sit back and wait to receive your Pusheen goodies!

Exchanges and Returns

I received my box with an item missing, broken or has a manufacturing defect. What should I do?

Any damages, refunds or replacement requests must be requested within 30 days of receiving your shipment. Due to inventory changes, we do not guarantee that all requests will be accommodated as requested. Once processed, you will be asked to verify your shipping address and you will receive new tracking information.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for items that have been used, washed or tampered with.
 
As a mystery style subscription, we do not offer returns, refunds or credits for the dissatisfaction of subscription contents.
 
You may reach out to contact@pusheenbox.com  with photos documenting the damage in a photo or video in an email with the full name and email associated with the account. 
We will be able to replace the item/s unless the item is not in stock, then we will offer a refund for the damaged item. 

Please do take note that waiting for a replacement can take up to 8 weeks.

If, for any reason, a full return of the box is approved, the box will need to be returned to us unopened and in the original shrinkwrap.

My shipping box has a dent, hole or arrived damaged!

We've put a lot of thought into designing our boxes to make sure they are visually appealing. Please keep in mind the box is primarily for shipping and is designed to protect what is inside.

We do not offer replacements for any damaged box. 

However, if you do receive a box that has a hole in it which has resulted in items missing from your package, reach out to contact@pusheenbox.com and we will replace those items for you. 

Please provide documented evidence of the damage in a photo or video with the full name and email associated with the subscription box, for us to process a partial refund or send you replacement items.

Please do take note that replacements can take up to 8 weeks to be received.

I've received footwear or apparel that is in the wrong size.

Oh no! Our team works really hard to make sure your boxes are purrfect! But we’re only human.

If you received the wrong size in your box please send an email to us at contact@pusheenbox.com

We will then send you a replacement or offer you a refund if the item is not in stock.
